- Build, develop and execute Sales plans in consistent with the company strategy and take ownership of the annual sales plan.
- Implement marketing strategies, monitor, evaluate, and take corrective action, so that business objectives are achieved.

- Lead customer account management and work with the production units, to ensure timely delivery
- Meet with decision makers at potential customers and conduct professional presentations
- 10 plus years of sales experience in forging, foundry or similar industries.
- Ability to travel overnight domestically and internationally.
