Our client, a renewable energy developer, is seeking a Construction Contract Manager to help lead the development and construction of a billion dollar backlog of wind, solar and storage projects. The Contract Manager will be responsible for supporting and enforcing EPC contracts and subcontracts for the Engineering and Construction teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage permit tracking and coordination with engineering and legal team.
• Contract compliance tracking and reporting
• Work with finance staff to ensure proper billing and collection of contractual revenue.
• Prepare regular reports on the status of contracts.
• Assist in resolving contract payment disputes and confer with contractors and other divisions concerning contract payments and compliance.
• Develop, recommend and coordinate the implementation of new procedures for the assigned function and electronic file management for all contract related documents.
• Supervise contract monitoring, contract administration and compliance.
• Complete and submit prequals and bid packets.

 
REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years’ experience with construction contract management  for $100M+ size projects
• Engineering of Legal background preferred but not required
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word expected
