Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on CFO to lead financial operations for a multi-entity transportation and logsitics organization across the U.S. Reporting to the President/CEO and serving on the executive team, this role drives financial performance, supports growth, and ensures strong fiscal management.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Oversee accounting, treasury, reporting, and compliance
• Manage asset and capital strategy, including cost optimization
• Deliver financial insights to executive leadership and Board
• Oversee financial systems, data integrity, and process automation
• Build and lead high-performing teams (5-7 direct reports)
Qualifications
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
• Strong expertise in P&L management, cost control, and cash flow analysis
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance required; CPA and/or MBA preferred
• Transportation/logistics industry experience strongly preferred
Compensation: 250-300 base, plus bonus/incentives
